Amazing food and service. It was my girlfriend's first Nandos experience and she definitely wasn't disappointed. We'll come here again and very soon! Highly recommended

We had late lunch here at Nandos Selly Oak today. We came there at around 330pm. They were quite busy as we had to wait awhile for the food. We waited a bit for the starters to come but the intervals between starters and mains is ok as the wait for the mains was not that long. Food is great though and worth the wait. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decors in the restaurant we’re nice. Provided that the restaurant is busy it was still clean and tidy. It took a whole for the ice maker to generate some ice though. I guess as the weather got a bit more warmer in the afternoon everyone wanted ice. Just the soft drink felt a bit flat so this might need looking at. Otherwise we had a good experience and enjoyed the food.

Tom the manager at selly oak nandos has Great customer service, amazing with thr little one gave him a sticker & got his ice-cream for us. Sorted me out with some sauces for my left overs. Checking on us, sorted out our special requests for food. Every time I come and he's working the customer service is just the best. Any issues he sorts out straight away. I would suggest to come to this nandos just for his customer service let alone the amazing standard of the food.

Seated quickly with no fuss. Food was served quickly and was fresh to order. The lovely lady serving us even bought over some Cucumber and Tomato's for my little girl to save us paying for a salad she wouldn't eat half of. The manager had to move us from the window due to a party coming in but upgraded us to the sofa booth (much preferred) and gave us free ice cream for the 'inconvenience'. Super attentive staff, nice and clean in there too.

It was my husband's birthday, and we decided to come for a family meal, myself,our youngest daughter birthday boy (although he definitely passed the boy stage) anyway I digress. So I had not long had a Nando's while shopping with my other daughter in Wolverhampton and I really enjoyed my meal there but I couldn't remember which bread I had chosen. We ordered but I was still not quite happy so when the manager comes over and asks if everything was ok with our meal, my daughter puts her hand over her head in shame because she knew that I was going to tell my story but if I never explained then I wouldn't have been given such exceptional service that I appreciate and feel like every customer is important. The manager listened to my tale, went and got a selection of the types of bread, realised that it was my hubby's birthday, and gave him a pint and me another meal and oh, did it taste amazing . There are many morals to this story, but we give 10/10 customer service .

A lovely worker called Dani. Even in the midst of the busyness she was lovely and attentive. She realised I didn’t have my food, asked me and went to get it herself. Whatever she’s paid, she deserves more. She made my table very comfortable dining in.

Loved it here. Went on Wednesday and Friday and on both days I had a wonderful experience. Great food and service. Lauren and Dani went above and beyond. Overall fantastic experience. I will definitely come back in the future.

Today, after finishing up some last-minute Christmas shopping, we decided to grab a bite at Nando's. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. Ruby provided us with absolutely fantastic customer service – honestly, some of the best we've ever experienced! She was incredibly polite and respectful throughout our visit. We wanted to express our sincere thanks and hope that her outstanding service doesn't go unnoticed.
